SVS Training Workshop

SVS Training Workshops may be cancelled if the minimum number of attendees has not registered for the course prior to 15 days before the scheduled workshop (Example: Workshop is scheduled to begin on January 17. If cancelled, registrants would be notified via Email or phone by January 2, SVSLLC@aol.com; (832) 445-0030). Refunds for course cancellations will be made electronically if registered by MasterCard or Visa. Registrations made other than by credit card will be refunded by check. Cancellations by registrants must also be received no later than 16 days in advance of the first day of the training workshop to receive a refund, minus a $75.00 administration and processing fee. (Example: Workshop is scheduled to begin on January 17. Registrants who wish to cancel must notify SVS via Email or phone no later than January 1). NO REFUNDS will be made for cancellations 15 days or less before the training course.

SVS Software

SVS software will typically be downloaded off the Internet after payment is processed. Software support/help is provided within the software programs. Any questions or comments regarding SVS software may be directed to Synergy Value Solutions LLC.

Software resets will require a letter on company letterhead (attached to e-mail or fax is acceptable) requesting the reset with a detailed statement for the request. Version 1.0 will be supported until July 1, 2004. July 2, 2004 and beyond will require an upgrade to Version 2.0. If continued support beyond one reset is required, users will be required to purchase an annual software maintenance support package available by contacting Synergy Value Solutions.

In no event will SVS, LLC be liable for direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from any possibility of such damage. If the software proves to have defects, Licensee, and not SVS, LLC, assumes the cost of any necessary service or repair. In the event any liability is imposed on SVS, LLC, its liability to Licensee or any third party shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the software. In addition, in no event shall SVS, LLC or its principals, shareholders, officers, employees, affiliates, contractors, subsidiaries, or parent organizations be liable for any incidental, consequential or punitive damages whatsoever relating to the use of the software or Licensee’s relationship with SVS, LLC. Licensee agrees that the damages that may be attributed to SVS, LLC is limited to the dollar amount that Licensee paid for the software.
