STATEMENT OF COMPANY QUALIFICATIONS
Synergistic Value Solutions was established as a Washington State sole proprietorship and small business in 1996.
In 1999, the company was renamed Synergy Value Solutions, LLC (SVS) and certified as a limited liability company
by the State of Washington. SVS is also registered to do business in the state of Texas. SVS provides
professionally certified Value Methodology and team facilitation services to domestic and international commercial

BRUCE LENZER
Bruce Lenzer, a Certified Value Specialist, graduated from the University of Texas in 1981 with a Bachelor of Science degree and has since held a variety of technical, managerial, and advisory positions within Fortune 500 companies. He currently serves as Executive Director of the Lawrence D. Miles Value Foundation, and as President of Synergy Value Solutions, LLC based in Humble, TX. He is Past President of SAVE International, the professional society representing the Value Methodology, and has served in various Executive positions within the society. His extensive career experience constitutes a record of numerous achievements applying Business Process Reengineering and Value Methodology tools, methods, and techniques in a number of commercial and government organizations. These applications have been successfully utilized in technology and industry sectors including scientific R&D, manufacturing, engineering, construction, petrochemical, technology, environmental, nuclear, computer, telecommunications, and electronics industries.
Mr. Lenzer's diverse background adds a depth not found among most Certified Value Specialists as his expertise spans multiple industry sectors. Additionally, he creatively and adeptly applies a variety of decision analysis techniques along with value and quality-improving methodology practices. Mr. Lenzer's broad base of knowledge and experience has given him strategic insights and abilities to uniquely support corporations that are encountering a variety of technical, organizational, and dynamic market challenges. Through team problem solving and decision analysis synergy, he has assisted several corporations obtain sizable contract award fees as well as restore product profitability on remaining production after market price pressures forced retail pricing below the cost to manufacture and/or produce. He has led teams of specialists to assist corporations in making decisions on technology planning, integration, and target company acquisitions.
Mr. Lenzer has created new tools and techniques for measuring the performance of Supply Chain Processes, including a method to create unique balanced scorecards. He has also created an organizational performance measurement tool to help corporations discover hidden value opportunities and efficiency improvements within the indirect cost overhead process functions to operate their businesses. One such effort produced a potential of $58 M in indirect business process function improvements of a Supply Chain Process over five years and an additional potential of $8M per year through improvements to their Supply Chain Software System. He has innovated similar tools that are applicable for projects engaged by Six Sigma Black Belts.

SARA LENZER
Sara Lenzer graduated Cum Laude from the University of Texas in 1994 with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Literary Studies. Mrs. Lenzer is a certified Paralegal by the American Bar Association. Mrs. Lenzer has 10 years experience working as key support staff to Conservation and Environment Corporate Attorneys within a Fortune 100 petrochemical company. She also has several years experience in supporting Corporate and Business Law Attorneys representing 501c3 Non-Profit organizations.
Mrs. Lenzer, Vice President for Synergy Value Solutions, LLC, coordinates matters of business and legal interest between SVS and its Corporate Attorney and oversees financial matters with Corporate CPA. In addition, she coordinates projects and project schedules, markets the services of the company, and supervises support staff. She actively maintains and manages several alliance affiliate relationships with companies that provide periodic support to Synergy Value Solutions, LLC. Mrs. Lenzer acts as the primary legal agent of the company, coordinating and negotiating contracts and serving as the customer service counterpart to Contracting Officers and Buyer Technical Representatives for matters of invoicing, invoice approvals, and payments. Mrs. Lenzer also provides co-facilitation and scribing services, and assists in executive report production.
